Cycle of Wellness: A Free Tool to Support You to Return to Your True Nature

It’s surprise to most that the way we live today is not the most supportive of our health and wellbeing. Modern life takes its toll, in more ways than one. Unless we know this and are conscious of it, we can find ourselves in an endless rat race, aspiring to keep working and producing at all costs, despite what signals our mind, body and heart might be sharing with us along the way.
Those signals can start off as whispers, but if we ignore them they get louder and louder until they manifest as a life course-correct, and/or illness and disease. I (Helen here!) have been a Naturopath, Nutritionist and Medical Herbalist for over 20 years. In that time I’ve worked with thousands of clients at various points in the cycle of creating health and wellness or illness and disease. When people see me my team, it’s generally when they have decided they’ve had enough of feeling sick, tired and on a confusing merry-go-round of conflicting advice and incomplete approaches to healing. It is a courageous thing they do, to step in courageously rewriting how they support their health and how they choose to do life going forward. I’d love to support you to do this too.

Here you’ll find our twelve foundational synergistic elements of wellness. In these lay the puzzle pieces to your overall health and wellbeing, which is unique to you. You can use the cycle and the prompts within the workbook to shed light on which focus points are going to be most helpful for you.
In the centre of this cycle is you – your essence and vitality, the truest you. This is the ultimate aim of our Cycle of Wellness: to support you to return to your true nature, your natural state of homeostasis, and to live your life in mind, body and heart coherence. Imagine how beautiful the world would be if we all lived from this embodied place.
So remember, you’re not trying to meet the outside of this circle with ‘more’ of all of these, you’re aiming to return back to you, to get to know your true essence, what lights you up, and what your body needs, to be in your true embodied wellness.
