Returns and Replacement

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If the Australian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law,  the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind. 

If you receive your product and it is damaged, you have 30 days to contact us and return your product for a replacement, store credit or full refund. All return items will be subject to review upon receipt. Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount in the same manner the original order was paid. We will also refund the postage cost of returning the item to us.
