Shelley Phillips

Health Coach

Shelley is a certified functional medicine health coach who is passionate about empowering women to gracefully surf the waves of menopause. Her jam is to see women happy and healthy in bodies they love, rather than being rolled by the rough seas of hot flushes, brain fog, body changes and more.

Now proudly in menopause herself, Shelley knows how the uncharted perimenopausal flow can be destabilising. Hormonal ebbs and flows can make our body feel like a stranger. Throughout perimenopause and beyond, old strategies to get back on track that often no longer work as they did before, adding to stress levels, fragile emotions and fractured sleep.

Having been through this initiation herself, Shelley seeks to shine a light forward. To help women (you, perhaps?) move through this most natural, but often tricky stage of living. All with less stress and more joy.

By blending a positive psychology approach with the science of functional medicine and her own real-life tools, Shelley guides you to harness your strengths and find your path forward.

Shelley lives on the stunningly beautiful NSW south coast. Having spent much of her life living abroad, being a Fly Navy wife and a marathon runner, she has navigated many stressful periods – acute and chronic - in life, which has equipped her with a variety of tools and wisdoms.

Studying functional medicine health coaching also greatly helped Shelley through her own peri-menopause journey, leaving her inspired to share this wellspring of both life experience and learned science with other women.
