How long will it take?

We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day but ask you to allow 3 business days for some orders to be dispatched especially on school holidays and busy periods. Delivery times are based on the date of dispatch – not the time of ordering. We dispatch from Monday to Friday via Australia Post. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking info.

Depending on your location, your order will arrive within 1-7 business days,  please allow extra time for delivery to regional & remote areas (which could take as long as 14 business days). Please note the delivery timeframes are not a guarantee, as the courier movements are out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we don’t. We ship within Australia only.

 

How much will it cost?

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $16.50 inc gst.

 

Can I note special delivery instructions?

Please note all deliveries require authority to leave, so please make sure the courier can leave the package at your door/concierge if you are not home. This means you accept the risk of goods being left at the premises without your signature. You can add special delivery instructions, but we cannot guarantee they will be accommodated, and we aren’t liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from your requests.
