How To Use
Add 20 drops of bitters to 50-100ml filtered water and consume 2-20minutes before meals. SAVOUR THE FLAVOUR: swish before you swallow :) the beneficial effects of bitters are largely elicited by the BITTER flavour itself. Bitters stimulate bitter receptors on your tongue (and throughout your gut) that then send messages to your stomach (via the brain) to produce stomach acid (and bile acid from the liver too).
