How To Use

Kids Bitters

A gentler bitter formula for children, made from alcohol-free herb extracts and without the spicy ginger of our original Digestive Bitters. Add 10-20 drops of bitters to 50ml filtered water and consume 2-20minutes before meals. Encourage your little ones to SAVOUR THE FLAVOUR: swish before you swallow :) the beneficial effects of bitters are largely elicited by the BITTER flavour itself. Bitters stimulate bitter receptors on your tongue (and throughout your gut) that then send messages to your stomach (via the brain) to produce stomach acid (and bile acid from the liver too).

Kids Vital Immune Drops

For children 2-8yo: 10 drops in water, food or drink, 2-4 x daily when needed. For Adults & Children from 9yo: 20 drops in 50-100ml water 2-4 x daily. (Feeling a little niggle, twice daily is likely enough. During an acute infection 4 x daily is more supportive). Not to be given to children under 2yrs of age. CSee your health care provider if symptoms persist.

Kids Vital Immune Drops:

Andrographis paniculata (Andrigraphis), Olea europa (Olive leaves), Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Glychyrrhiza glabra (licorice root), Achillea millefolium (Yarrow), Zingiber officinale (ginger), Phytolacca decandra (Poke root), water. Contains alcohol.
