Food Grade Epsom Salts

Food grade epsom salts are the highest quality, contaminant free magnesium sulfate. When used ORALLY, magnesium in this form is not well absorbed, hence it is used to treat constipation by drawing water in the bowels. TOPICALLY magnesium sulfate is well aborbed - both the magnesium, which is great for muscle tension, cramps, headaches and fatigue, and the sulfur which helps support detoxification via the sulfation pathway in the liver.

Food grade epsom salts have multiple uses. They are an integral part of the Gallbladder Flush protocol, taken orally to flush the bowels. >NEW PARAGRAPH< SOOTHING, RELAXING DETOX BATH: Place 1-4 cups of epsom salt in a warm - hot bath and soak for 20 minutes (or more!). TIP: stay hydrated while you're in the bath by keeping a water bottle within reach. This will account for the sweating that occurs while you're in the bath. >NEW PARAGRAPH< If you are quite sensitive or you know you have a large toxin load to clear, start low (1/2 - 1 cup) and gradually increase to the 4 cups. >NEW PARAGRAPH<. Add a cup of food grade epsom salts to you foot bath and maybe half a lemon (just plonked in the water) or a few drops of your desired essetnial oil. Bliss.
