For children 2-8yo: 10 drops in water, food or drink, 2-4 x daily when needed. For Adults & Children from 9yo: 20 drops in 50-100ml water 2-4 x daily. (Feeling a little niggle, twice daily is likely enough. During an acute infection 4 x daily is more supportive). Not to be given to children under 2yrs of age.
